RON WULF - FOUNDER & PRINCIPLE:

Expert Guidance

• Over 25 years of senior financial & operations management experience.

• Wide-range of companies/industry diverse: numerous start-up ventures, $5B+ privately-owned real estate firms, large international brands, including NASDAQ OMX & Thomson Reuters and most recently within the retail/ecommerce segment. 

• Wide-range of different positions including finance (CFO), operations and transformation & integration roles.  While positions interacted with the highest level of management, also extremely hands on. Core accounting competencies complimented by experience that spans FP&A, IT, Facilities, HR, Customer Service, Operations, Sales/Marketing, Product Development, Purchasing & Fulfillment.

• Strong project management skills including defined “Project Leader” roles.

• Entrepreneurial – Beyond CFO role in start-ups, launched/developed several businesses as founder including a successful consulting practice, a real estate investment firm & a retail franchise sold in 2006.

• Extensive experience in developing business plans, financial modeling, managing emerging businesses, growth projections, & creating/improving infrastructures to support current/future business objectives.

• Proven record in effectively managing business integrations as well as dissolutions.

• Managed or key player in numerous internal system implementations and migrations.

• International experience, working in international locations and in global organization structures.

• Effective team leader, presenter and communicator/motivator at all levels of organization.
